Ben loves building teams. He has started companies, charities, and political campaigns, in the UK and internationally.After an ADHD diagnosis in 2014, the support of an expert coach helped him to start and grow Local Welcome, a national charity using technology to combat isolation in divided communities. During the Covid pandemic, the charity partnered with the NHS to create ADHD Together, an online peer support platform for adults with ADHD.In 2015, Ben joined the US based ADDCA coach training program, becoming one of the UK's first Advanced trained ADHD coaches.Ben's clients include charity CEOs, carers, and corporate execs, all harnessing their strengths to develop self-compassionate beliefs and practical systems, to thrive in all areas of life.
