Ben Pollard, ADHD Coach

Hi, I’m Ben. I have ADHD. I get it. I came to ADHD coaching as a client in 2014. It had such a positive impact on my life that I decided to train as a coach. I’ve now been supporting adults with ADHD to thrive for over a decade. As a coach, I will focus on your strengths, help you befriend your unique brain, and develop the compassionate resilience needed to face the challenges and opportunities of neurodiversity.I completed the ADDCA advanced ADHD Coach training while starting a civic tech charity called Local Welcome. During Covid we worked with the NHS to pilot a service called ADHD Together, an online peer support group for ADHDers. In 2024, I stepped down as CEO to focus on coaching. Why ADHD coaching?

Tailored to your needs
A coach can act as your guide as you navigate challenges in your personal and professional life. Whether it’s time management, communication, or focus, a coach will support you in finding solutions that work for you.
A safe space to share
Your coaching sessions will be 50 minutes focused on you. It’s a great opportunity to verbally process, order your thoughts, and feel seen, heard and respected without judgement or bias.
Proven by research
ADHD coaching helps improve self-esteem, mental wellbeing and overall quality of life, by enabling individuals to understand and reduce the negative symptoms of their condition.
