I'm a Community Organiser, CivicTech Charity CEO, and qualified ADHD Coach. I build diverse teams, and coach talented leaders addressing complex social challenges.I've developed national campaigns, secured international press, started companies, and founded the social impact communities; Local Welcome and ADHD Together.I left Local Welcome in March 2024 to build a houseboat, do more coaching, and make more arancini. I'm also exploring how tech might reduce burdens and amplify the benefits of neurodiversity.

Local Welcome and ADHD Together
I founded the charity Local Welcome in 2015, and have spent the past 8 years raising money, developing leaders, and coaching a small agile team to deliver national impact. Local Welcome operates an inclusive membership model and support service for local leaders running cooking and eating events in communities across the UK.During the Covid-19 pandemic, we paused the Local Welcome community cooking groups and worked with the NHS to develop an online peer-support community called ADHD Together.
